Been one week since the Colorado trip 🏔 from Tues 4/26 – Fri 4/29. I went with my pledge sister Malynda, her cousin Nicole, and Nicole’s bf and my linebro Mark. They flew from SoCal and I flew from SF, and we all landed at the same time in Denver Airport. After we met up, we got our luggages and the rental car, and then drove 25 min to Denver and spent the day there.
First we ate brunch at a restaurant called Denver Biscuit Company and ate the biggest biscuit sandwiches and giant pizza 🍕. Then after, went to Larimer Square which is a historic district downtown with shops, restaurants, and many Colorado flags (CO has a pretty cool flag). Then we walked to Union Station nearby and hung out there for a while and bought drinks.
Lastly, we went to the Denver Art Museum 🎨. Some really cool exhibits, and at the end we went to the rooftop deck with a nice city view. Then finally drove to Steamboat Springs where we were staying. The drive was 3 hours, but the scenery was beautiful 🌲 so many trees, mountains, snow, and old gold mining sites. We got there, checked in, Door-dashed Thai food for dinner and then knocked out.
