Just received my annual review at work, and glad to say got good remarks! I’m still new and getting better, but my manager said I’m moving in the right direction. I’ve also had a few success stories. Glad to hear right before going on vacation!
So far I’ve had 2 reviews in my company and have received both while in NY. But I started as an assistant in the LA office, and after a year was fortunate to get into the FOX Sales Training Program. So when I got my first review last year the comments were actually from my LA manager. Now the comments are from my NY manager after being on the floor for 7 months.
Well just thought to share. Getting back to work now.
